The nephew of the late Kirk Langstrom, Dirk Edwards, has become the newest human/bat hybrid in the DC2 Earth-Two continuity. dc2universe.net/

I based this off of  the mutated Terry McGinnis from the Batman Beyond animated series, hence any similarities.
